Hello all and thank you for visiting my web blog.
Having recently heard about the 5:2 diet, I decided to give it a go.
My starting weight, on April 15, 2013, was 323.1 pounds (146.6 kg). Although I live in the U.S., I prefer to use metric. It is much easier.
For now, I will try to update my blog twice a week. These days will be my weigh-in day, Tuesday and my second fasting day, Thursday.
I fast on both Mondays and Thursdays, with the occasional third fasting day thrown in when I feel it is needed.
I will post my fasting menus, too. I hope that you can use them for ideas on what you’d like to eat.
To all my British readers and fellow 5:2 dieters, I hope that one day you will break free from tradition and try a fried egg for breakfast. They are wonderful.
